AR Diamonds Return and Exchange Policy
All Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Any defected item(s) must be reported the day of delivery. You can send in this request to email@example.com or submit on the website.
Refunds are issued as store credit for future use at AR Diamonds
All Sale, Sample Sale and Bundle/Gift Set items are final sale. We can do size adjustments only.
Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged for product of equal value.
Please handle with care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, or it will be shipped back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Refunds can take several days to be processed after delivery confirmation at AR Diamonds, once your return is processed and your store credit refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can then be used towards your next purchases at AR Diamonds. All applicable shipping charges for returns and new purchases to be covered by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, AR Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.
If a package is unclaimed and is sent back to AR Diamonds, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned to AR Diamonds due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost; an additional flat administrative fee of $20 will be charged. If customer does not want re-delivery and prefers a refund, AR Diamonds will deduct 20% for administrative and restocking fees from the refund. AR Diamonds is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
All AR Diamonds packages are shipped via overnight service by FEDEX Express with a tracking number, the customer will be responsible for the full re-delivery cost and can choose to purchase additional shipping insurance by contacting us prior to the delivery at the time of placing the order.
For international shipping, AR Diamonds is not responsible for the Taxes and Duties of the recipients country.
AR Diamonds screens all orders for possible fraudulent activity. If your order is declined through the third-party application If you would like to place a new order, please contact representative at AR Diamonds, we will ask you for a copy of your ID and Credit Card for submission to the bank or credit card company for authorization. This information is not stored.
